Three Tools to Make You a
Kinder Person
What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.

February 13-19 is Random Acts of Kindness Week. It’s an opportunity to start a ripple effect of more compassionate behavior that the world could certainly use, don’t you think?
The truth is, we tend to think that the problems of the world are on such a grand scale that nothing we could do could actually impact them for the better. But consider how different the world would be if each of us made the effort to be a little more kind every day? If we even added one additional kind act each week, how many more people would be impacted for the good.
We all make a difference in this world in some way. We get the chance to choose, with intention, what kind of difference we want to make. Isn’t that lovely?
Kind acts don’t have to be complicated to be impactful. In fact, simpler is probably more sustainable! So look around at your life and your community. Think about where you can make a small impact. And let one of these Kindness Tools help you become a kinder person this week!
A Kindness Intention Planner!
I truly believe most people have good intentions. The struggle is getting from the intention to the action. So try printing off this Kindness Intention Planner to help you bridge that gap! Having a plan in place can simplify the process and make your intentions become a reality.
Kindness Cards!
In truth, sometimes I second guess telling people about planning to preform acts of kindness…it feels a little like tooting my own horn. But then I try to remember that other people’s stories of kindness are what inspire me to be more kind! Kindness begets kindness. So promote kindness with these Kindness Cards and inspire someone else with your acts.
Your kindness will inspire others. It’s a fact.
Our world is full of people who aren’t afraid to be cruel. Let’s make sure it is also full of people who are willing to be kind!
You get to be someone who, with a practice of kindness, can influence the balance of things, how amazing is that!? You have the chance to inspire other people and create a ripple effect of kindness. So go and be the kindest version of yourself. The world needs you.
Sheri,
You are so sweet to help us all be kinder! You make the world a better place.
Thank you!
You are so sweet to say so…but I’m learning just like everyone else! 🙂
